Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 September 2024 asking for information about Rosendale Road between A205 and Park Hall Road.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.  You specifically asked: This is a request for information pertaining to discussions, correspondence, minutes of meetings between Transport for London and Lambeth Council wherein TFL express an opinion or requesting or instructing  that Rosendale Road between the A205 South Circular and Park Hall Road should not be subject to any traffic restrictions within the West Dulwich low Traffic Network. In particular ensuring that the said section of Rosendale Road is a cut through or boundary road through the LTN. 

We do not hold the information you have requested. This is because the West Dulwich low traffic neighbourhood is being promoted by the London Borough of Lambeth under an Experimental Traffic Order. We did not express an opinion or issue an instruction in respect of traffic restrictions relating to that part of Rosendale Road between the A205 South Circular Road and Park Hall Road. As you may be aware we are currently consulting on proposals for changes to the junction between Rosendale Road and Thurlow Park Road (A205 South Circular Road).
