New photo needed on an Oyster photocard

What you should know

Your photocard might not be accepted for travel if your photo is not clear or no longer looks like you.

The photo should be a true likeness of you and show all your face. You should not be wearing anything that covers your head or face, unless it's consistently worn for medical or religious reasons.

You will need to pay a £10 admin fee.

Change your photo online

  1. Go to your Oyster photocard web account
  2. Enter your application reference or 12 digit Oyster photocard number into the 'Lost, stolen or damaged Oyster photocard?' box
