TfL also offers free cycle training for people of all abilities to help improve their skills.
If you are referred for specialist NHS treatment or diagnostic tests, you may be able to claim a refund of your travel costs under the Healthcare Travel Costs Scheme (HTCS).

People with certain long-term disabilities and older people who are unable to use public transport may become members of our free door-to-door service, Dial-a-Ride, for local trips such as shopping, leisure outings and visits to friends and family.

They also provide a Mobility Aid Recognition Scheme (MARS) service for people who use mobility scooters and other mobility aids on London buses.
In April 2021 the Mayor of London launched the Cost of Living Hub to help Londoners navigate the cost of living crisis. The hub provides information and links to a wide range of advice and support available to Londoners including help to claim benefits or deal with debt, ways to lower energy bills, and where to access mental health support.
